Jasmine Mango Rice

Ingredients

4 c
jasmine rice
2 bn
green onions
1 T
olive oil
1 pn
salt
1 pn
pepper
1 cn
mango

Instructions

Notes

Preheat oven on BROIL.

Bring 6 cups water to boil in large saucepan on HIGH; add rice. Return to boil. Cover; reduce heat to LOW. Simmer 10 min. Remove pan from heat; let stand 5 min. (Fluff with fork just before serving.)

Arrange green onions on baking sheet; drizzle with basting oil. Broil 4-5 min. Slice into narrow rings; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss rice, mango, and onion in serving bowl.
